I really appreciated how clean and new the hotel felt! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made my stay more enjoyable. Being close to the airport was a major plus, and the shuttle service to the MTR station was super convenient. Plus, I got to enjoy some stunning sunrises from my room - definitely a bright spot in my mornings!

But honestly, the room was way too small for two people; we could barely fit our luggage! The buffet was such a letdown too – not much variety and kind of pricey for what you got. And don’t even get me started on the shuttle bus wait times; I missed it once and had to scramble for a taxi. Definitely not worth the hassle!

I was really let down by the service. The restaurant and bar closed way earlier than expected, leaving me with no dining options. When I brought it up, the staff just shrugged it off like they didn't care at all.

Great location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. Spent our evenings in nearby Wolfgang Puck Kitchen enjoying drinks and atmosphere. The room we had included a safe, television and a mini bar fridge.

The staff were attentive, responding promptly to all my requests, whether it was for additional coffee or room service. The meals were well-prepared, and I appreciated the variety offered at breakfast, especially the delicious Chinese dishes.

Staying at Regala Skycity Hotel with our 8-month-old baby was quite enjoyable, though not without its quirks. The room was adequately sized, with a comfortable bed and soothing decor. The hotel’s relaxation facilities, including the small gym and proximity to the outdoor pool, were nice touches. it offered a solid base for our brief stay.

Unexpected comfort in a busy city

The cute atmosphere and attentive staff made a great impression. I particularly enjoyed the free shuttle service, a lifesaver for my airport transfer, and the decor in the lobby was striking. My room offered a lovely view of the sea.

Upon arrival, I was shocked at the lack of assistance from the concierge staff. Despite arriving with multiple pieces of luggage, they watched us struggle and offered no help. I found the room to be painfully small. There was barely enough space to maneuver my suitcase. Finding no hot water early in the morning was yet another blow to an already frustrating stay. I was also disappointed to learn there's no room service, leaving us without options during late hours.

The parking lot view I received was just charming, but honestly, I was expecting a gorgeous garden view. The red stain on the chair, not. Expected at least a cute gesture for all my troubles but apparently, that's too much to ask. I just couldn't get past the disappointment.

Couples seeking decent stay

Room was generally clean, and we found plenty of bottled water. The shower had good pressure and was always hot.

It wasn't cheap to stay here but still acceptable.
